Payment & Accepted Insurance
We accept most insurances. Please contact our office to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
For patients without insurance, we require:
- 65% of payment paid on day of service
- 50% deposit for surgery paid before the date of surgery
We also accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover
