Dr. Wind graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1990.  He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Genesys Regional Medical Center/Michigan State University in 1996, following which he elected to further his expertise by participating in a Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery of the Shoulder, Hip and Knee.  Under the preceptorship of Drs. Richard Kyle and Ramon Gustilo, Dr. Wind completed his fellowship at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota in August 1997.

In addition to practicing general orthopaedics, Dr. Wind specializes in joint replacement surgery of the shoulder, hip and knee, with a particular interest in revision joint replacement and the care of septic total joints.

Dr. Wind is board certified.
